[Lowfer] Carrier

Hello Lowfers,

Anyone else hearing (seeing) a strong carrier on 517.000 kHz.?  For the last
few days it has been off and on and makes a real mess out of trying to copy
the Navtex broadcasts.  The "locals" like Boston, Wiarton, etc., are able
to push through despite the carrier, but usual distant ones that I can see
aren't making it.
