[Lowfer] Overnight LOWfer reception in SE TN

Andy, wonder how you fared in copying WEB? Thunderstorm QRN had been 
quite bad for many days but last night things calmed down and WEB was in 
pretty well at times to NE IL 0545-1030Z, 6/29/09.

Can't say the same for NDB reception. Those signals seem few and far 
in-between compared to winter time and inconsistent. AY on 219 kHz was 
good from Georgia over night but couldn't hear other beacons tried in 
that direction.

VLF signals are doing well, with NWC, 19.8 kHz in Australia coming in 
early morning despite the QRN. This morning there was activity on 17.9 
kHz, presumably the US Navy TACAMO mobile source listed by 
http://www.vlf.it/trond2/15-20khz.html. Sorry I didn't see the note on 
SAQ transmissions in time to look for them.
