[Lowfer] TAG in NE IL - Wolfie filter

Andy, thanks for the pointer to the Options tab in the Wolf GUI. I found 
the pre-filter there. I used it while looking for TAG a couple of hours 
around midnight, but my lightning QRN was pretty bad due to storms in 
Iowa so nothing was decoded. I wouldn't expect narrowing the audio BW to 
matter because detection should be driven by Eb/N0, but it doesn't hurt 
to try. After failing with TAG, I pointed your way and listened a couple 
of hours for XR with ARGO at QRSS-60, slow. Also, nothing seen. However, 
I ended the night pointed at WEB with QRSS-30 and did find it coming 
through a bit 0830-1030Z. By then the QRN had toned down somewhat.
