[Lowfer] Lowfer beacons heard in NE IL

TNX for your persistence Garry; I appreciate the report on " X R ".
That's the first summertime report for the beacon. Had a dickens of 
a time keeping it on the air. Sporadic, Pop Up T-Storms,  had me 
either unhooking it, or putting it back on after a static discharge
would knock it off. So much for the forecasters reports. Sure would 
be nice to have a job where you can be consistently wrong, and get 
paid big bucks for it !! hi - hi !!
