You may have had a screw up in the Central Office. If they say that your
line tests OK
and you are still out of service than the line at your house isnt the
line they are testing
as it is bad with the inside lifted then it is their problem fer sure
ask that they install a Netwark Interface Jack,, or what ever they call
it today
and tell them that you hear the busy on their side of line and not your
house side
