Fellows,

I'm stuck with a mal-operating phone and per chance someone here might have a simple answer. The phone co. says check the wiring. But the DSL service on the same line works. Only the phone was switched.

I have DSL service on the phone line that has been problem free for years. Then last week the phone was replaced with another. By the time I went to use the now switched phone the old one was gone and the replaced one had and has a constant busy signal. 

Q - What causes the busy signal (can't make a call or receive one)?

Q - How to get the phone working again!! ? Believe me I've done no rewiring -- lately!
