[Lowfer] Propagation

My friend Paul AF5M and I were discussing the recent reports this week
 which have been so good.
Paul said there were 10 sunspots last week. Is there any correlation
 between the sunspots and 
the excellent propagation. Seems like there were some spots back in SEPT
 08.
How about comment from those more noledgeable?
