It was a pleasant surprise last night to see WEB coming through on ARGO 
already by 7 pm CST. From the reports of others it's clear WEB attracted 
a lot of attention. NDBs from Greenland through Brazil were chased later 
in the evening , then beacon WMS was tracked until sunrise. The ARGO 
QRSS-60, slow captures from 0600Z to 1100Z 1/23/09 were good with small, 
slow frequency drifts about the nominal 187.490.6 kHz evident.
