Hi Brian, Lowfers,
Leave your receiver in USB all of the time. If you are
wanting to observe activity around 185.300, set your rx
dial to 185.000 and do the "tuning" with Argo, SpecLab,
or whatever other QRSS viewer you may have. The scale
on the right side of the Argo display is showing audio
frequencies. 185.300 is an audio frequency of 300 Hz.
above the "carrier" of 185 kHz. I hope my attempt at
explanation makes sense to you.
