[Lowfer] 185.30 Watering Hole Question

Haven't had much luck in copying any LOWFER beacons.

At this moment I am using an Eton E1 that has AM, USB and LSB no CW.

If I am supposed to be listening on 185.30, and if I were in USB, I would need to dial the radio in at 184.30.  

Do you agree or disagree?

Another thing that I have noticed over the weeks, is the international long wave stations and their hetrodynes have been quite strong.  Any suggestions on that point?
