[Lowfer] Name that mode...

[Andy - KU4XR]

How about just a plain old Un-Modulated carrier ?? thru the 1/2 hour I have noticed some ever so slight shift in freq. sorta back and forth.
Otherwise; I'll guess:  JASON ??
