[Lowfer] Name that mode...

Mode 3 was good aural copy the first 20 minutes, even fairly strong, then 
conditions deteriorated the last 10 minutes. Mode 4 now has a carrier at 
poor level; I don't hear any obvious variation/modulation to it when 
switching to 6Hz filter though. But conditions are much poorer right now 
though static isn't increasing any more than before. Thanks for the test, 
even though I have no software for decoding other than Argo.
