[Lowfer] Beacons MP and WEB

Things finally quieted down here and I was getting good copy of MP at 
the lowfer watering hole when abruptly about 1600Z it disappeared after 
sending an "M". Don't know if Mitch has a less than 24 hour schedule or 
if this indicates some sort of problem. Given the weather of late the 
latter seems likely. Also, beacon WEB hasn't been seen since abruptly 
reappearing 2/16/09 so its problem may have recurred too. Speak up if 
anyone is still copying those beacons. I don't think there's a problem 
on the receiving end since traces of beacon CV continued after MP 
disappeared, but that could be the case.
