What is the correct frequency for 3OHH? Both 190.50 kHz and 190.52 kHz 
have been reported. It would help those looking for this new beacon to 
know what the radio dial was set at and what audio tone was being copied.
The last several nights have been too noisy to see much other than MP 
overnight but hopefully one of these days my view to the east will again 
be quiet.
