[Lowfer] Sleepless in Illinois (no 3OHH in Oregon)

What I thought was 3OHH being seen on Argo must just be some fairly-local
steady carrier, as it's present most of the time. The static crashes were
causing the signal to break up, making it look like I was seeing something
valid. But odd it is right on the same frequency that 3OHH was shown for the
New York report.
