[Lowfer] Online Receiver Up and Running Tonite For SAQ Transmission

Todd, thanks for the pointer to the nice online receiver for SAQ. Lots 
of lightning around tonight, snow on the ground, and freezing rain on 
the antennas. I could identify SAQ when it was key-down for awhile 
during the tuneup period and wandering around in frequency, but it 
wasn't strong enough to copy the CW. The grabber showed HWU 20 dB or so 
stronger than SAQ. Here I could just barely see HWU on the SpectraVue3 
waterfall, though NWC was strong. I used an e-probe + SDR-IQ for 
reception because it has less 60 Hz racket than my loop + converter + 
IC706. It will be interesting to see how the signal fares one of these 
times when conditions are quiet.
