[Lowfer] SIW solid copy in Nothern Indiana

Just so there's no confusion...SIW has been  right on 185.185 the past two 
nights. Setup here is Harris RF-590 receiver / HP Z3801A GPS 10 MHz 
reference. The cal is good to at least 0.01 Hertz.
