[Lowfer] SIW solid copy in Nothern Indiana

Hi Gang,

Well I tried to copy SIW all night with no joy on 185.185.   I found a strong
signal printing with I was tuned to 185.200.   It turned out to be SIW.

So, I retuned my IC706 until the signal was on 600 Hz (My CW mark) and
I am receiving SIW on 185.198 KHz.   It is strong here in Elkhart, IN
(EN71as).

So, give 185.198 a listen is see if I am off the grid or not.
