Started seeing SIW last night!
I wish I had tried a bit earler. I'm sure that I'll get a good copy on a

First saw fragments of your signal at 0200Z. Conditions not all that good
during the overnight
period, however your signal came up nicely pre sunrise for a positive ID.

Under good conditions this would (should) be a 'dog bone' reception.
