I started out with a battery and solar panel from Harbour Freight.
Solar panels wouldn't last , so I switched to a burried cable carring
18v out to recharge the battery( actually a B&D jumpstart package, what
we call a hillbilly defibrilator). This worked well until a mole chewed
the cable into.
How about a windmill, you could use the propeller as a capacity hat.
