[Lowfer] Net audio stream tonite 12-20-09

Thanks to those who tried the audio stream. I was really hoping 
for better signals than I received, but I have nothing to 
compare to so maybe the signals were about on par for my setup.
Bob XGR/6 was boomoig, Jay - /2 was readable with lots of QSB,
John - /3 was in there but un-intelligible mostly, and I never
could hear Warren - /1. But another fun night with the radio,
experimenting with the filters for voice, and trying all the
possible antenna configurations I could on yhis end for best
reception.
