[Lowfer] Final adjustments made, streaming " SAQ " frequency now

Hi Andy,  
I did listen in to your online receiver during the 0800 UTC
SAQ transmission but sorry to report nothing heard. 
 
Also wanted to report that I did hear SAQ directly on my own receiver  here 
with a very good signal level this time, but due to heavy local static  
crashes I could not directly copy much of the message by ear. If only the 
static  was less this would have been great copy of SAQ this time over here on 
East  Coast USA.
 
Lionel Loudet was running his online receiver also for the SAQ  
transmissions. Lionel is located in France and usually he has very good copy of  SAQ 
but this time he is battling very heavy local noise at his location. In  spite 
of that he mostly had very good copy of SAQ.
 
If anyone else would like to try listening to Lionel's receiver for the

Lionel is using the .ogg format.  Winamp does a good job decoding .ogg
