[Lowfer] Note abt Audio dropouts

I have lost the audio stream at least once this morning. The remedy
is to close out your media player, and then click the " Tune In " 
button again. When I did, the audio stream came right back up in 
just a few seconds. It seems that " NPM " has dropped in signal 
strength from what I can hear, It was stronger earlier this morning.
