[Lowfer] Easier conect to KU4XR audio stream

Man !! I wish I had known that " SAQ " would be testing today.
I have the receiver set to 21.400 KHz - Hawaii for a strong
signal. I'm listening at work to see how it does.
I found an easier way to connect to my server, just click on
this link :

There will be a small yellow " Tune IN " button on the left side
of the page to engage the audio stream. This is so much easier,
and takes you directly to my server when it's on.
The stream will be active all day unless the computer crashes, so
some of you try it out again please if you will. I would like to
see if it can handle 20 connects without audio dropouts. If it can,
I will increase the amount of allowable connects.
Considerable static today, and the signal is 250 Hz wide so it may
just sound like static to you.
