[Lowfer] How do you do an online audio feed ???

All:

I have been thinking about feeding the audio from my VLF setup
over the net while " SAQ " is transmitting for the benefit of
those who don't have a VLF receiving setup. Granted, I may not
be able to copy them, but I'm going to give it a shot.
I have an always on, cable connection, no upload limits. and I
would like to try putting up an online receiver. I do not know
any of the requirements to do so, will some one educate me ???
