[Lowfer] Finished upgrades

Hello Lowfers,

I finished the upgrades to beacon EAR's grounding system today,  which gave
me a few more milliamperes of antenna currect, as I'd hoped for!!  I now
have
a good solid ground system to which I can add more radials whenever I come
across a bargain on wire!  As usual, reports are most welcome.
