[Lowfer] WEB

Despite substantial lightning activity to the SW (according to
http://thunderstorm.vaisala.com/explorer.html), lowfer beacon WEB on
189.95 kHz was copied over night using ARGO QRSS-30. The copy was rough
at times with QSB but signals were seen between 0830 and 1015Z.

About that time the W3EEE grabber using QRSS-30 was showing both MP and
WM at the 185.3 kHz watering hole and looking better than it has for
quite some time. Again failed to see CV, QRSS-30 at the watering hole.
Also had no copy on beacon WD2XSH/12, QRSS-3 in Colorado, but it may
have moved off the 505.4 kHz frequency that it had been using. Beacon
WD2XSH/17, QRSS-3 in Massachusetts was seen weakly most of the night on
505.26 kHz. At times it was quite good on the NE Ohio grabber
(http://ne-ohio-grabber.kn8azn.com/NE_Ohio_Grabber.html).

This morning, as usual, beacons EAR (188.83 kHz) and MP are coming through.
