[Lowfer] WMS beacon still off

Hi Eric - 

Well in the Marine Oil and Gas industry we are still installing new
ones; Ive got 7 new ones come on line here in the past year just in my
cabbage patch of ocean...they've tried alternates, but we keep on
deploying them, even though they are an absolute pain EMC and antennae
wise. 

SAC is still making a profit I'm sure...

I saw someone say on here once that the NDBs were going to be allowed to
fade away...not bring back into service if one fails.  Anyone know if
that is truly the position?  But what you said about the municipal
airports maintaining them makes sense, and perhaps we'll have them for
some time to be because of that...?
