Safer to say that the operator is a quirky elder gentleman uses the 
parts he has on hand and loose interpretations of the rules. I don't 
believe that the Lowfer HI has been on the air in a couple of years, but 
the wheels are still (literally) turning on the Medfer and Hifer HI's.
