[Lowfer] Software to calculate distance & heading between grid locators

This is probably old hat to most of you guys but I found a few sites on the
internet that offer a calculator to show distance & bearing between Grid
locators. The first two require you to be on the internet. The last one is a
small stand alone program that you can install on your PC and dosen't use
the internet.  They all seem to come up with the same values for the
calculations that I've had them do.
