Stumbled across this tonight checking TA LWBC; good signal despite high 
static. 183.530kc with repeating loop. Didn't recognize it but Google found 
it immediately. Interesting station info I hadn't seen before.

Was stronger earlier, 0540 utc, took a fade but is now good level again 0612 
utc.
