[Lowfer] WD2XES WSPR Again

Thanks to all for the reports from last night. WD2XES will again be 
running in WSPR mode tonight, starting around 2300 UTC. Set your 
receiver for USB on 136.077 kHz. The signal will be at 137.577 kHz, 
which is 1500 Hz higher.

Power levels will vary, but the message will always end with the current 
transmitter power in dBm. The first hour (2300-0000 UTC) will be with 
100 milliwatts or less. I'm not sure what will happen after that, but I 
plan to be up to the full 500 watt power by 0100 UTC, and will leave it 
there overnight until 1000 UTC.

Reports are welcome. Jay noticed some extra signals with the GUI 
version, while the original command-line program gave clean copy. Both 
versions can be found at Joe Taylor's site:
