[Lowfer] Bypassing the BCB attenuator in the Kenwood TS450S ( Thanks Jordan )

I have just finished some work on a TS-850S as well, including complete 
removal of the BCB attenuator , and I'll report the results in a couple of 
days.... So far, My TS-450S comes out a little ahead below 500 khz, but 
especially below 100khz...!   73...Jordan....
