[Lowfer] Signal on 512.292

Hi Bill, Lowfers,

Is that you showing up on 512.292 this evening?  There's a signal
visible on my Spectran QRSS30 screen since about 02:30 UTC,
but it's not strong enough to pick out any characters.  The screen
has been devoid of activity for quite a few nights, so it's nice to
see something again!
