Bill

You were fairly strong while beaconing before and after the QSO attempt but 
not during. Are you sure you were keying the TX at full transmitter power in 
manual mode? Static was brutal. Can try again tonight if you're around. At 
minimum we should exchange signal report (RST) and call signs to consider it 
a QSO.
