Hmmm,

Let's see... it doesn't fit within the 300 km footprint that Warren has 
for WE2XGR/1, so that would be out. Although he could hit his 200 watts 
ERP with only 100 watts from the transmitter, assuming a perfect ground.

Beyond that, everyone else appears to be licensed for fixed QTH's, both 
on 137 and 505 kHz...am I wrong?
