[Lowfer] Navtex station D

Hello Lowfers,

I copied a new (to me) Navtex station on 518 last night.
The copy isn't 100%, but it appears to be in french and
there is referrance to St. John's, Nfld.  The station ID
letter is "D" and the message type is "A".

A quick scan of Wm. Hepburn's website didn't reveal
any info on a station "D" in the North Atlantic region.
Anyone know what station I snagged?
