[Lowfer] NDB - CLB 216 Bad Hum On Signal

CLB-216 is off the air tonight Monday 01/21/08. They must have turned it off 
for repairs. 
I am hearing Radio Monte Carlo 216 on the clear frequency nicely tonight. 
Some static on the band. RMC is coming in about S-9+10 compared to usual 40 over 
S-9 signal from CLB.
This is a great opportunity along East Coast US to hear RMC while CLB is off 
the air. May not last for long depending on how fast they repair CLB.
