[Lowfer] WE2XEB/2 Schedule

WE2XEB/2 will be in cw beacon mode until approx 00:30 - 01:00, after that point will be on QRSS 60 mode until 02:30 UTC. 

I anticipate retuning the antenna for 137kHz tomorrow therefore today will be the last WE2XEB/2 transmission for a while.
