[Lowfer] Drifting HF carrier

Hello Lowfers,

Since around 23:00 UTC this evening I've been seeing a carrier
that is drifting upwards in frequency at a rate of roughly 1 Hz.
every 8 minutes.  It's currently about 505.258 kHz. as I'm
typing this.  Anyone else seeing it, or is it a "local"?
