[Lowfer] Class E vs. Class C what's your opinion ?

Archie reported it arm chair copy just using his general coverage RX in 
his HF rig connected to his Hy-Tower, no phones, just the regular 
speaker in the rig. Bill used to cruise around the Twin Cities listening 
to it on his portable SLM. Nothing spectacular, it worked for what it 
was running QRP. Had some other report from a station in Fargo hearing 
it on his receiver whatever it was. It covered the state pretty well. Of 
course higher power would have gone further for by the ear CW but it did 
what it was intended for. That ran a Class C final. Kind of a hybrid 
Bill/Lyle mixed design.
