[Lowfer] 185.3 kHz waterhole monitoring

Garry, I had a rouge carrier running across my Argo display at about 
185.297. I managed to catch all three lowers at the "hole", but for some 
reason CV's signal has been down the last few days.

This Argo screen capture was started around 9:00 PM MST (0400 UTC) last 
night:
