The noisy band conditions abated last night so ARGO was put on
auto-pilot listening to 185.3 kHz using QRSS-30. Beacon MP was back
strong as usual and beacon CV was apparent, though clear Morse
characters not seen until after midnight (0600Z 122908). CV peaked
nicely around 0900Z and beacon UWL became detectable on 185.300.3 kHz.
UWL had previously been copied 122608 at 0900Z on 185.299.6 kHz, just as
reported by Jerry, KD0GS. Perhaps it has shifted upward in frequency a
bit. Though physically rather close to CV, UWL remained relatively weak.

I wonder if anyone else is seeing a wobbly interference line wandering
around 185.3 +/- a Hertz or two? It's definitely not local because it
shows up occasionally on the W3EEE Live Lowers grabber too (
http://www.w3eee.com/).
