[Lowfer] Baudline FFT/DSP software

Hi Rick,

glfer is next on my list of things to test. Fred has run the 600m Ohio 
Grabber with glfer a few times now. Good to hear ARGO & Spectran run in 
Wine. I am finding a few Windoze programs that run in Wine just like 
they do in Windoze. I do need to learn how to set Wine up for specific 
programs that need attention in order to run in Wine. Baudline sure 
looked interesting. I need to test that also.
