[Lowfer] WMS off again tonight 12-16

For an ice and snow covered antenna, CV isn't doing too bad at all into 
Colorado tonight.

MP isn't as strong as usual, but Mitch is also over 1200 miles away.

You know, with all the empty space at the watering hole, it would be 
nice if WMS, EAR, and XR could move to the 185.3 area - it would make it 
a lot easier to watch for everyone near one frequency.
