[Lowfer] WMS off again tonight 12-16

Hey Paul:

" XR " is on, but I'm not sure how well it's radiating. Lots of
rain here, and my yard is like marsh land. when it gets this wet,
the power output appears to go way down. I constsntly have to 
touch up the variometer to keep it at maximum. Lots of luck diggin
it out, hope you can.
