[Lowfer] CV, WMS, WEB, and MP Copied In CO

Charlie, I've been copying CV on and off since about 5:00 PM MST, it's 
there but much weaker than the previous two nights. I've had a good copy 
on MP and I'm listening for EAR right now, nothing on Argo yet.

It's -13 F here in Longmont, heading for as low as -20 F by morning. 4 
inches of new snow on the ground too. I guess the electrons and RF 
aren't freezing yet. :)
