[Lowfer] Lowfer beacons XR and EAR

Andy, KU4XR, I haven't looked for your beacon XR for awhile but did so 
last night. Detected it with QRSS-30 slow a bit after midnight Dec 14, 
then switched to QRSS-60 normal and got my best ARGO capture at 3:42 am 
local time (0942Z). There was slow QSB so some of the dits are missing 
and a couple of dashes look like dit-space-dit, but overall not too bad. 
It was nice seeing something come through given the lousy weather 
conditions.

J.B., VE3EAR, thanks for braving the wintry weather to make beacon EAR 
QRV. It's coming into EN52, Elgin, IL very nicely this morning (121408).
