[Lowfer] /16 on the air 506.25kc CW mode

Kind of close to Pat's signal I see. I had to retune the antenna tonight 
as the frost is getting deeper and lower the feedpoint impedance. I 
thought it was wind vibration moving the variometer but I had to drop to 
a lower impedance tap on the matching transformer. I think I need more 
radials if the frozen ground is changing the tuning so much from summertime.
