[Lowfer] WEB in VE3 Land

Got an excellent ARGO copy of Bill ( WEB ) just after midnight EST  
(0500Z)
right on frequency. Signal perfect - then faded for the next two  
hours then
gone for the morning. Using the 12 ft octoloop - Burhans preamp, and
lots of snow for cooling the transistors !
